This is the first pillar in Islam. We need to declare our faith towards Islam by reciting the word of Shahadah:
أشهد أن لا إله إلا الله وأشهد أن محمد رسول الله
I bear witness that there is no God except Allah and I bear witness that prophet Muhammad is His messenger. :)
